Some flaws

"I really love the look of this however it’s not the best quality. The zipper on the pillowcase broke after only having it for only a little and one of the inner ties ripped off and I had to sew it back on. The velvet is nice but it does have a weird texture but you run your hand against the grain."

Beautiful bedding, but the zipper broke

"I am still giving this five stars, but am disappointed by the quality of the moss damask king pillowcases. I was setting up my bed and went to zip the pillowcase shut, only for the zip to fall right into my hand. I had not used or washed it yet. Quite a let down considering the cost."

Fantastic Bedding AND A+ customer service!

"Opinion on Sin in Linen and opinion on bedding. When we wanted this bedding, it was on backorder. We wanted it BAD. So I emailed SIL and they told me expected date was sometime October. We took a chance and ordered, knowing we would have to wait. It arrived this past week of 10/5. Much faster than I anticipated! Sin in Linen - FIVE STARS!! Bedding - absolutely amazing. The quality is truly epic and the design and fit are perfect. The craftsmanship is WOW, the design stunning. Bedding - FIVE STARS!!"

"I’m very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. I ordered this item with the understanding that there might be shipping delays, but I was originally told it would arrive in April. When April passed, I reached out and was informed that the delivery had been pushed to June. I was also promised a 10% refund for the delay, which I never received. Now that the item has finally arrived in June, I’m very underwhelmed by the quality. The material feels cheap and doesn’t reflect the high price I paid. To make matters worse, my follow-up emails about the refund have gone unanswered. For the price and the wait, I expected much better. This experience has left me frustrated and unlikely to purchase from this company again."
