Do you ship internationally? Yes we do! We ship to most countries including Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. The best way to find out the shipping cost is to place the items you wish to purchase on SininLinen.com into the shopping cart. At the bottom of the page it will automatically generate the shipping cost for you.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive? This depends on the shipping method you have chosen and where you are located. We usually have orders processed and shipped within 24 business hours of receiving them. From there it will take between 1 and 6 business days to be delivered within the US and between 3 and 10 days for international. Once the order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you track your package online with UPS, FedEx or USPS the shipping company will provide a delivery date. If the item is out of stock it will ship in the month listed on the website.
How do I know if my item is on backorder? The item will have (Ships Month 2015) next to it. The Month in the example usually lists the month we expect to get the item in stock so if an item is back in stock in May it will say (Ships May 2015). If the item has (Out of Stock) next to it then we are out of stock of the item and do not have an estimated in stock date yet.
My item says (Ships May 2015) or (Ships April 2015) next to it, what does this mean? This means the item you ordered is currently on backorder and is expected to ship in the month listed.
On international shipments do you charge duties? We do not charge any taxes or duties but customs might. The amount charged depends on how much you ordered and the country you live in. To calculate your Taxes and Duties please visit http://www.dutycalculator.com.
Do you have a retailer in my country? We have retailers all around the world so it is likely that we have one near you. If it happens that we don't have a retailer in your area please send us some suggestions of stores that would be a good fit for our products.
Do you offer gift wrapping? Right now we are not able to offer gift wrapping.

Is it safe to order online? On our website yes, it is very safe. We have very strict privacy policies here at Sin in Linen and all our servers are secure. What is a Full sheet set? A Full Sheet Set is meant to fit a bed that is in between the sizes Twin and Queen. Our Full size sheets are made to fit a 54 x 75 in/ 137.1 x 190.5 cm mattress.
I have a Single or Double bed, what size should I order? These are common questions for our Australian and European friends. If you have a Single mattress, Twin size is right for your bed. If you have a Double, order the Full size.
Do you sell Doona covers? Yes we do, we call them Duvet Covers.
What is a Sham? A sham is a cover for a pillow like a pillowcase. Shams typically have an opening in the back and a 2 inch decorative hem around the edge.
What is a Duvet Cover? A duvet cover is a cover for a duvet. It has a similar function to a pillowcases. The duvet is inserted into the cover to change the style or for easy cleaning. It can be used on comforters but it will not be a perfect fit as duvet covers are made to fit duvets.
